From 10 to 31 March, the House of Finance of Paris Dauphine-PSL University is organizing the 11th edition of the House of Finance Days, a series of conferences and debates devoted to the theme:” Finance put to the test of algorithms, crises and transitions ”.
This edition is part of a context of profound transformations in the financial sector. The rise of algorithms and artificial intelligence, the multiplication of crises - economic, financial and geopolitical - as well as environmental and demographic transitions question the very foundations of finance, its models, its tools and its responsibilities. Faced with these changes, it is becoming essential to rethink analytical frameworks, professional practices and the role of financial institutions in a world in constant evolution.
Through a series of conferences, the House of Finance Days will offer in-depth reflection on key issues such as valuation and private equity, the place of AI in finance, the role of finance and investment banks in times of crisis, the future of asset management, the future of asset management, new forms of investment in the face of transitions, inequalities in the face of risks, blockchain and finance, or the recompositions of the global economic system.
Bringing together researchers, professionals, students, journalists, etc., this event aims to promote dialogue between academic research and field practices, and to contribute to a better understanding of the challenges that finance faces today, in order to inform the choices and strategies of tomorrow.
