The aim of this Chair is to identify the conditions for the effectiveness of labour market regulation policies. Our approach is multidisciplinary: it mobilizes the latest research in the fields of economics, management, political science, law and psychology. The evaluation of existing systems and the use of experiments play a central role.
They will make it possible to reveal the conditions for the success or failure of the reforms that have taken place in France and in Europe in terms of securing career paths. They relate mainly to support for job seekers, legislation on job protection, human resources management and vocational training. New proposals for reforms can then be formulated.
