Summary Focusing on professional integration, this thesis follows a research itinerary which, starting from the analysis of social policies in favor of disabled people, turns to the study of the realization of public action rethought by the prism of non-discrimination. Two axes structure this research work. The first axis deals with the evolution of the notion of disability and its impact on the conception of public action in favor of disabled people. The second axis revolves around the implementation of the requirement of non-discrimination towards disabled people.
