Summary At the request of the French Electricity Union (UFE), Jan Horst Keppler, Professor of Economics at the University of Paris - Dauphine, and Régis Bourbonnais, Senior Lecturer at the University of Paris - Dauphine and specialist in econometrics, have undertaken a series of statistical tests to determine the price elasticity of electricity demand in France.
