The ReFinE Workshop on commercial real estate is a place for practitioners and academics to meet and exchange ideas. It allows the former to renew their vision and enrich practices that are sometimes based on fragile or fragmented data. The latter find new sources of questioning on a broad and transverse subject such as commercial real estate, in line with the concerns of private and public players.

This new edition will be an opportunity to reflect together on investment strategies, fund selection and asset allocation in real estate.

The papers presented will showcase advances in applied research on a range of areas identified by the network in its research programme, in order to offer new insights into the scope and relevance of often consensual conclusions.
