The Institut Louis Bachelier is pleased to invite you to the launch event of the Center for Digital and Decentralized Finance (C2DF), on 11 January 2024, at La Place Fintech | DeFi, at the Palais Brongniart, from 5.30pm.

In the historic heart of traditional finance, we invite you to come and share our vision of decentralised and digital finance to define the contours of tomorrow’s financial landscape.

The Center for Digital and Decentralized Finance (C2DF) is a research centre housed at the Institut Louis Bachelier. It is run by economists and mathematicians and aims to promote academic research in finance, both theoretical and practical, around the themes of decentralised and digital finance.

Through active participation in the academic sphere, as well as the development of partnership research programmes with start-ups and institutions in the ecosystem, we aim to ensure that academic research is useful to the real problems encountered by the main players in the sector. With the positioning of the Institut Louis Bachelier at the intersection between industry, academia and public authorities, C2DF aims to participate in the development of decentralised and digital finance.
