The Bibliothèque Publique d’Information is inaugurating a new series of meetings offering an economic reading of social issues, with the economist Eloi Laurent as scientific advisor.

The “GIEC” report released this summer highlighted the catastrophic consequences of global warming on our lives. Can we reconcile our contemporary growth-based economies with the climate challenge?
