
La Chair: Economics of Urban Ecological Transition is organizing its third conference at the Collège de France on February 11, 2026, at the Collège de France, entitled “Businesses and Territories: what ecological co-construction? ”, in partnership withAssociation of Real Estate Managers (ADI).
This edition puts non-residential real estate and its structuring role in the ecological transition of territories at the heart of the debate. It proposes a cross-reflection between researchers, elected officials, investors, investors, real estate departments and public actors around the conditions of economic development compatible with local environmental trajectories.
The conference will be structured around two round tables:
Crossed perspectives from territorial experiences, in particular in Marseille, Paris La Défense and Sophia Antipolis, confronted with new economic and urban dynamics, will enrich the discussions.
This morning is for all professionals, decision-makers and academics wishing to understand how non-residential real estate can become a central lever for ecological co-construction between companies and territories.
