Paris Agreement Capital Transition Assessment is part of RMI (formerly 2DII).

Quick description

Launched in 2018, PACTA was developed by 2º Investing Initiative (2DII) with a range of partners, including the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), University of Zurich, and Frankfurt School of Finance. In 2022, stewardship was transfered to RMI (Rocky Mountain Institute).

PACTA is a free, independent, open-source methodology and tool, providing the financial and supervisory community with forward-looking, science-based scenario analysis to help users make climate-aligned financing decisions. Data is provided by Asset Resolution
