Quick description

COACCH  (COdesigning the Assessment of Climate CHange costs) is a research project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme that gathered leading experts on climate change sciences from 13 European research institutions.

COACCH produced an improved, downscaled assessment of the physical risks and the economic costs of climate change in Europe. Results will be gathered on a Climate Change Impact & Policy Database accessible through an open-access on-line platform via their website. This database will collect data on economic, physical, and biophysical impacts for the various climate and socioeconomic scenarios analyzed, and make them available to the research community.
