The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, due to the containment measures adopted around the world. 

This welcome pause in emissions, in the context of global warming, is the subject of the latest book by Christian de Perthuis, founder of the Climate Economics Chair, entitled “Covid 19 and Global Warming”.
