Summary The thesis examines the configurations of actors and organizations involved in the regulation of access to the drug market in France and England, in charge of the scientific and administrative control of the pricing and reimbursement of these products. This activity became autonomous from the clinical assessment of their quality, efficacy and safety (dominating the regulation of their approval on the market) during the 1980s.
